POLICIES

Cactus Country RV Resort is a 55+ community.
When availability permits we welcome guests of all ages to stay at our campground.
Travelers with minors may stay one week maximum.

As a registered guest, you have acknowledged your understanding of these policies and intent to abide by them.
Failure to comply with the policies outlined below may result in a termination of your reservation.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of their lot once parked. Sites must be kept clear of trash and other clutter.
Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM. Do not disturb other guests with loud music or other nuisances.
Fire pits and grills are permitted, but must be elevated from the ground and under constant observation once lit.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. The dog park is the only location where pets are allowed off leash. Pets are not permitted in the laundry rooms, restrooms, recreation hall, pool area or fitness room.
Pets are not permitted to be left outside unattended, even if leashed in place or fenced in.
No smoking in or within 20 feet of any of the park's buildings.
The speed limit throughout the park is 10 MPH.
Overflow parking is available at the resort, guests who cannot fit vehicles onto their site must park vehicles in the overflow parking lot. Having any of your possessions encroach onto other lots is not permitted.
Registered guests are allowed to have visitors, but anyone staying overnight must be registered with the office.
Dumpsters are located in the north-west corner of the park, trash may be placed in golf carts located by the office and workshop. Please keep our park clean by taking trash to any of these locations.
Any illicit activity that violates local laws including vandalism, theft, destruction of property, domestic violence, drug use, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and assault shall not be tolerated. Guests will be evicted immediately for illegal activity with zero possibility of refund.

Registered guests are responsible for the behavior of all persons in their party.
